Thigh Exercises

Posted on February 19th, 2009 by angie Schilling in Exercise Tips, Working Out

Do you hate the jiggle that you see on your thighs? If so follow these exercises and you can see a reduction in the jiggle.
Try doing the basic plie. This is what ballet dancers use, and you never see them with jiggly thighs. Remember to do the move slowly to get the most impact. repeat 12 times.
Another great way to reduce that wiggle is to stand straight up. Slowly cross your left leg over your right leg, then move it back. Repeat on the other side after doing a set of 12.
Lay on your side. Lift your top leg up towards the ceiling, then slowly lower it back to the other leg. Repeat 12 times, then switch legs.
Do these moves in 3 sets. After a few weeks you should see some improvement in the way your thighs look. You may even add weights to your legs if you want more impact.
